Antakya World Heritage & Culture Social Solidarity and Assistance Association: United Hearts of Aid

As the Antioch World Heritage & Culture Association for Social Solidarity and Assistance, we continue to exemplify the finest traditions of community support and mutual aid. Grounded in the values of love, sharing, and fraternity, we are honored to extend a helping hand to families in need.

In line with our established lists, this month we provided cash assistance of 30,000 ₺ per person to a total of 20 beneficiaries. Additionally, to expand the reach of our support, we distributed 100 BİM shopping cards to those in need—ensuring families can more easily meet their basic necessities.

Our commitment goes beyond monetary aid: we remain actively engaged on the ground, delivering food and clothing to those who require it. Throughout Ramadan in particular, we have diligently continued our iftar meal distributions. These efforts, which bring joy to countless tables, stand as a symbol of our social unity.

Fueled by the generosity of each donor, this movement of goodwill is seamlessly integrated with our mission to preserve Antakya’s legacy of solidarity and cultural heritage. We invite everyone to become part of this beautiful story.

Hand in Hand for Youth and the Future: Projects of the Antioch World Heritage & Culture Association

As the Antioch World Heritage & Culture Association for Social Solidarity and Assistance, we do not limit ourselves to aid alone; we carry hope into the future through youth projects and international collaborations. With our vision of building a stronger community together, we play an active role in both local and international initiatives.

Under international programmes such as Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), we implement projects designed to connect our young people with educational, cultural-exchange, and volunteering opportunities across Europe. These initiatives enable participants to broaden their horizons, engage with diverse cultures, and foster their personal development.

Thanks to the strong partnerships we have forged with regional and local organisations, we are also developing projects that support regional development. From education and environmental stewardship to cultural-heritage preservation and social-responsibility initiatives, we operate across multiple fields. By activating local dynamics, our primary aim is to enhance the well-being of both Antakya and the wider community.

Our youth-centred programmes and international collaborations demonstrate that our association is committed not only to preserving the cultural heritage of the past but also to building the hopes of future generations.

With this vision in mind, we invite everyone to join our projects and help us build a stronger tomorrow—together.
